Fungus

On the internet is much discussed on yellow fungus, or yellow fungus. This is a disorder of the skin. This condition affects especially bearded dragons, but also other reptiles can get it.

Symptoms:

There spread view yellow spots all over the body.

Cause:

Mold is often a result of damp environment or in combination with poor ventilation. Yellow fungust can be spread by contact between animals with low resistance.

Treatment:

The treatment is often done with skin ointment. Hygiene is very important in the fungus treatment. There are several types of fungi that are similar to each other and the only way to fix it is for any mold, is by a culture of the fungus in a laboratory. This takes some time to complete. There is one researcher of exotic species that does extensive research on this particular mold.
